Wiring a piece of equipment with short wires can be frustrating and time consuming. Preparing each wire by striping and terminating can take more time than one might expect. Not to mention if you're adding heat shrink for protection. When you use wire jumpers, all of the hard work is already done for you. All there is to do is simply plug them in. There is no need to strip, terminate, heat shrink or anything else. 10 AWG jumpers with ring terminals are ideal for connecting lights from switch to switch. As an added bonus, they are also used to connect switch light grounds or to jumper from switch to breaker. How does manufacture these wire jumpers Well, first, all the wire jumpers are constructed from Type 3 Class K tinned copper. The wire is then insulated with a PVC jacket designed for flexibility and durability. After that, the wires are cut to length, and terminated properly. A waterproof heat shrink tube is then added for extra protection. All wire jumpers meet the requirements and standards of UL, ABYC and NMMA.
