Also Known As:
Lug on Each End, Battery Cable Assemblies, Heat Shrink
About:
1/0 AWG yellow Battery Cable Assemblies are always made to order. They are manufactured from own UL approved marine cable. How is it that they are made? It begins by using a precision cut and strip machine. This machine allows for repeatable and accurate cuts. Once the cable has been cut to the correct length, terminals are added to the ends. utilizes a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper that creates a superior gas tight crimp. After the terminals are properly crimped, epoxy lined heat shrink is added. The heat shrink creates a barrier making a moisture and airtight connection. This process creates superior 1/0 AWG yellow battery cable assemblies. The assemblies are so well built that they are likely to outlive the battery itself. designed this process specifically with the boater in mind. These assemblies are easy to bend and route and offer unbeatable flexibility and durability. They are manufactured to withstand the harshest marine conditions. They are resistant to Acid, Alkali, Abrasion, Flame, Gasoline, Oil and Moisture.
