The K-1200-IP is a robust, hands-free, vandal-resistant VoIP speakerphone designed for apartment and residential door entry. It supports SIP VoIP systems and cloud providers, programmable via LAN or remotely with a static IP. The phone can dial up to 12 numbers and 12 rollovers, featuring a 12-resident directory with waterproof buttons for auto-dialing. It includes a contact closure for gate or door control, supports up to 1,000 keyless entry codes, and offers optional proximity card reader integration. Additional features include time-restricted access, a request for exit input, and event logging with a time/date stamp.
