Built for Windows platforms, VideoXpert offers a quick installation and a user-friendly interface, enabling operators to easily manage and view captured video. Available as custom hardware or software, VideoXpert integrates seamlessly with existing VMS infrastructures. It provides flexible storage configurations, including RAID 6, RAID 5, and JBOD, to support retention, redundancy, and fault tolerance needs. With channel-based licensing, users only pay for the capacity required, optimizing costs. The system supports both unicast and multicast transmission modes, adapting smoothly to different network setups. Power 3 Series Server models include Dell’s iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) and OpenManage tools, allowing remote configuration and hardware monitoring, reducing the need for on-site access. iDRAC also enables SNMP-based alerts for proactive system management. VideoXpert Professional includes VxToolbox, a Windows application that simplifies the configuration of servers and cameras across the network, whether locally or remotely. VxPro’s predefined roles streamline user creation and permissions setup, enhancing ease of use for standard surveillance operations. The VxOpsCenter client software offers an intuitive interface requiring minimal training, supporting multi-system access so one workstation can manage multiple servers. VxOpsCenter also supports modular plugins, adding advanced capabilities such as informational overlays, license plate recognition (LPR), Pelco’s Basic, Enhanced, and Advanced Analytics Suites, and a built-in mapping tool to improve situational awareness. Built on open standards, VideoXpert includes a comprehensive API, SDK, and dedicated technical support, enabling third-party system integration. Administrators can also migrate Digital Sentry hardware to VideoXpert Professional, extending the life of existing infrastructure while benefiting from VideoXpert’s advanced features. VideoXpert Professional supports Digital Sentry storage as a recording solution, preserving archived video and offering expanded access to VideoXpert’s enhanced functionality.
