VideoXpert is a comprehensive video management system (VMS) designed for easy setup and reliable monitoring, ideal for small to medium-sized applications. Optimized for Windows platforms, VideoXpert is quick to install and simple to configure, with an intuitive interface that enhances the ease of video management for operators. Available as a tailored hardware solution or software distribution, VideoXpert integrates seamlessly with existing VMS infrastructures. It provides flexible storage configurations, including RAID 6, RAID 5, and JBOD, to accommodate retention, redundancy, and fault tolerance requirements. The system uses channel-based licensing, so users only pay for the capacity they need. Supporting both unicast and multicast transmission modes, VideoXpert adapts easily to diverse network configurations. Power 3 Series Server models are equipped with Dell’s iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) and OpenManage tools, enabling remote configuration and management. iDRAC allows administrators to monitor hardware and receive SNMP-based email alerts, reducing the need for physical server access. VideoXpert Professional includes VxToolbox, a Windows application designed to simplify the configuration of servers and cameras across a network, whether locally or remotely. With predefined roles, VxPro makes user setup and permission assignments quick and easy. The VxOpsCenter client software offers a user-friendly interface with minimal training requirements, supporting multi-system access so one workstation can manage multiple servers. VxOpsCenter also includes modular plugins, adding advanced features such as informational overlays, license plate recognition (LPR), Pelco’s Basic, Enhanced, and Advanced Analytics Suites, and an integrated mapping tool for enhanced situational awareness. Built on open standards, VideoXpert includes a full API, SDK, and dedicated technical support, making it easy for third-party systems to integrate seamlessly. Administrators can also migrate existing Digital Sentry hardware to VideoXpert Professional, extending the use of current infrastructure while leveraging VideoXpert’s advanced features. Furthermore, VideoXpert Professional can utilize Digital Sentry storage hardware for recording, preserving archived video while providing access to enhanced VideoXpert capabilities.
