Built for Windows platforms, VideoXpert offers a quick and easy installation process, featuring an intuitive interface that enhances video management efficiency for operators. Available as both tailor-made hardware or software, VideoXpert supports seamless integration with existing VMS infrastructures. It provides storage options in RAID 6, RAID 5, and JBOD configurations to meet various requirements for data retention, redundancy, and fault tolerance. The system uses channel-based licensing, allowing users to optimize costs by purchasing only the needed capacity. Supporting both unicast and multicast transmission modes, VideoXpert adapts easily to diverse network environments. Power 3 Series Server models are equipped with Dell’s iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) and OpenManage tools, enabling remote configuration and monitoring capabilities that minimize physical access needs. iDRAC also offers SNMP-based hardware monitoring and email alerts for proactive management. VideoXpert Professional includes VxToolbox, a user-friendly Windows application that facilitates the configuration of servers and cameras across a network, whether locally or remotely. VxPro’s predefined roles streamline user creation and permissions, making setup fast and efficient. The VxOpsCenter client software features an easy-to-use interface, requiring minimal training and supporting multi-system access so a single workstation can manage multiple servers. VxOpsCenter also supports modular plugins for added functionality, such as informational overlays, license plate recognition (LPR), Pelco’s Basic, Enhanced, and Advanced Analytics Suites, and an integrated mapping application to improve situational awareness. Built on open standards, VideoXpert includes a full API, SDK, and dedicated technical support, enabling third-party integrations. Administrators can also migrate existing Digital Sentry hardware to VideoXpert Professional, allowing continued use of current infrastructure while benefiting from VideoXpert’s advanced capabilities. Furthermore, VideoXpert Professional can use Digital Sentry storage as a recording solution, preserving archived video and providing access to VideoXpert’s enhanced features.
