With unicast and multicast support, VideoXpert adapts seamlessly to various network setups. Power 3 Series Server models feature Dell’s iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) and OpenManage tools, enabling remote configuration and monitoring. iDRAC provides SNMP-based alerts and hardware monitoring, minimizing the need for on-site server access. VxToolbox, included with VideoXpert Professional, is a user-friendly Windows application that streamlines the configuration of servers and cameras across the network, whether locally or remotely. VxPro includes predefined roles for standard surveillance tasks, making user creation and permission assignments efficient. The VxOpsCenter client software has a straightforward interface that requires minimal training and supports multi-system access, allowing a single workstation to control multiple servers. Additionally, VxOpsCenter supports modular plugins, offering enhanced features such as informational overlays, license plate recognition (LPR), Pelco’s Basic, Enhanced, and Advanced Analytics Suites, and a built-in mapping tool to improve situational awareness. Built on open standards, VideoXpert includes a comprehensive API, SDK, and dedicated technical support, enabling third-party integrations with its capabilities. Administrators can transition existing Digital Sentry hardware to VideoXpert Professional, reusing current infrastructure while benefiting from VideoXpert’s advanced functionality. VideoXpert Professional can also utilize Digital Sentry storage as a recording solution, preserving previously archived video and enabling access to the expanded features of VideoXpert.
