The system uses channel-based licensing, allowing users to pay only for the capacity they require. VideoXpert supports both unicast and multicast transmission, adapting to diverse network setups. The Power 3 Series Server models feature Dell’s iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) and OpenManage tools, enabling remote configuration and management. This setup allows administrators to monitor hardware and receive SNMP-based email alerts, reducing the need for physical server access. VxToolbox, included with VideoXpert Professional, is a user-friendly Windows application for configuring an entire network of servers and cameras, whether locally or remotely. Administrators can migrate Digital Sentry hardware to VideoXpert Professional, reusing existing infrastructure while gaining VideoXpert’s advanced features. Additionally, VideoXpert Professional supports Digital Sentry storage for recording, preserving previously stored video and offering access to the expanded functionality of VideoXpert.
