With channel-based licensing, VideoXpert allows for scalable solutions without unnecessary cost. The system supports both unicast and multicast transmission, adapting effortlessly to various network environments. The Power 3 Series Server models come equipped with Dell’s iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) and OpenManage tools, enabling remote configuration and management, reducing the need for physical server access. iDRAC also supports SNMP for hardware monitoring and email alerts. VxToolbox, included with VideoXpert Professional, is a user-friendly Windows application that allows for quick configuration of servers and cameras, either locally or remotely. VxPro includes predefined roles for common surveillance tasks, simplifying user setup and permission assignments. The VxOpsCenter client software offers an easy-to-use interface, minimizing the need for operator training, and supports multi-system access from a single workstation, enhancing scalability. VxOpsCenter also includes modular plugins, integrating features such as informational overlays, license plate recognition (LPR), Pelco’s Basic, Enhanced, and Advanced Analytics Suites, and a built-in mapping tool for enhanced situational awareness. Built on open standards, VideoXpert includes a comprehensive API, SDK, and dedicated technical support, allowing third-party developers to integrate external systems with VideoXpert’s functionality. Administrators can migrate Digital Sentry hardware to VideoXpert Professional, repurposing existing infrastructure while leveraging VideoXpert’s advanced capabilities. The system also allows the use of Digital Sentry storage hardware for recording, ensuring that archived video is accessible within VideoXpert Professional, preserving historical data while enhancing functionality.
