The NET5402R-HD-AU by Pelco is a high-performance, multi-stream network decoder designed to handle real-time surveillance video feeds from IP cameras and video encoders. It supports MPEG-4 and H.264 compression formats across baseline, main, and high profiles, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of video streams. Engineered to meet the evolving needs of modern surveillance systems, this decoder efficiently manages the demands of IP and megapixel cameras. The NET5402R-HD-AU can decode and display up to 16 MPEG-4 streams at 4CIF resolution with frame rates of 30/25 fps, or up to 12 H.264 baseline streams at 4CIF resolution at the same frame rates. For higher-resolution monitoring, it supports up to two full HD 1080p streams at 30 fps. To optimize performance, Pelco's innovative EnduraView technology is integrated into the decoder. This feature automatically identifies and switches to the secondary stream from a camera when more video streams are displayed, intelligently balancing performance and network load. EnduraView also adjusts refresh rates dynamically to reduce processing strain and minimize network bandwidth usage, ensuring smooth and reliable operation in complex surveillance environments.
