The FRD4S1FC Fiber Receiver supports the transmission of four bidirectional data channels over a single optical fiber in a two-slot wide design. It is compatible with single-mode optical fiber, offering an optical budget of 23 dB and a transmission distance of up to 69 km (42.9 miles). Its plug-and-play design ensures easy installation with no need for electrical or optical adjustments. The modular FRD4S1FC can be rack-mounted using the EURACK/USRACK chassis or installed on a wall, and can be powered using the recommended FEXTPS fiber external power supply.
