• Fortex DT Light Armor Gel-Free Outdoor Loose Tube Fiber Optic Cable is a rugged outdoor fiber-optic cable designed for demanding outside plant (OSP) installations.
• Its completely gel-free construction uses 2.5 mm buffer tubes containing super-absorbent yarn for water blocking without conventional filling gels.
• The tubes are stranded around a dielectric central member, followed by additional dry water-blocking material, corrugated electrolytically chrome-coated steel (ECCS) armor, a ripcord, and a durable polyethylene (PE) outer jacket.
