Black Motion Sensor Detectors Request-to-Exit
Description
A Request-to-Exit (REX) sensor is a device used in access control systems to detect the presence or motion of an individual attempting to exit a secured area. Its primary function is the unlocking or opening of an exit door, enabling authorized individuals to initiate leaving the secured space. REX sensors are designed to automatically trigger this action when someone approaches the door from the inside. Upon detecting movement, the sensor sends a signal to the access control system to release the door lock, allowing safe and secure egress.
