Wrong cable

I ordered BLACK 16/4 per our customer requirements, but received white cable instead, which is useless to me. NNC responded that the black cable shown on their web site is for reference only and does not reflect the actual color of the cable. Now I'm out $395 and still need black cable. They should at least accept a return. To top it off, I am now getting junk advertising emails from them. Like I would ever do business with NNC again.
