The 8188 SIP Ceiling Speaker is a SIP compliant IP ceiling speaker for voice paging, emergency notification, and background music and it is certified for native compatibility with Microsoft Teams via the Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway! The Algo 8188 SIP Ceiling speaker is PoE and does NOT require an additional amplifier, making this speaker the one you need today! Not only is the 8188 UL2043 certified for installation in air handling spaces, but a hydrophic membrane screen can be connected to the speaker for placement in areas that may contain moisture (ex.

shower) The Algo 8188 registers as a 3rd part SIP endpoint with most hosted/cloud or premise VoIP telephone systems For multiple speaker deployments, additional devices will not require a SIP license A single registered speaker can be configured to multicast to any number and mix of additional Algo speakers, strobes and paging adapters as required, which provides a cost-effective solution to using a minimum of network traffic.

For multiple page applications, zoned paging is supported as a Sip extension or as a keypress selectable zone The 8188 is PoE and can easily be installed as a blind-mount into the ceiling The speaker can recognize its static or DCHP IP address, so access to an intuitive web interface makes configuring the device easy as pie The 8188 also supports auto-provisioning for minimal touch configuration .
