This commercial pizza prep table features an 11 Cu.Ft. refrigerated cabinet with a 44 x 20 in. cutting board for efficient pizza preparation. It includes 6 stainless steel 1/3-size food pans that are food-safe, corrosion-resistant, removable, and easy to clean. The perforated shelf improves airflow for even cooling.

Equipped with a high-performance Cubigle compressor and finned copper evaporator tubing, this pizza prep refrigerator delivers fast, uniform cooling to maintain fresh ingredients. The refrigeration system meets CSA-tested safety and performance standards.

Durable Stainless Steel Construction:

Built with a heavy-duty stainless steel interior and exterior for long-lasting commercial use, this refrigerated prep table includes food-grade polycarbonate (PC) ingredient pans that comply with ANSI-tested standards. Locking swivel casters provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during operation.

Precise Digital Temperature Control:

The intuitive electronic control panel allows you to maintain temperatures between 33°F and 41°F (0.5°C–5°C), keeping pizza toppings, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and sauces fresh and ready for service.

Self-Closing Door & Adjustable Storage:

The self-closing door automatically shuts when opened to less than 90°, minimizing cold air loss and improving energy efficiency. Inside, adjustable epoxy-coated shelves provide flexible two-tier storage, with each shelf supporting up to 88 lbs (40 kg).
