32A 480VAC 18-Gang Pad Mount Power Distribution Assembly

This heavy-duty 18-gang pad mount assembly delivers robust and reliable power distribution for industrial applications. Rated for 500A, 3-phase, 3-wire + ground, the unit supports voltages from 380–480VAC at 50/60Hz and is built to handle demanding electrical loads with a 22kAIC RMS symmetrical amperage capacity.

• Receptacles: (18) 32A, 480VAC (380/440VAC 50/60Hz) receptacles, designed and certified per IEC 60309-1 & -2 standards.

• Circuit Protection: Each receptacle is protected by a 30A trip circuit breaker rated at 22,000AIC @ 480VAC. Additional breaker trip and AIC ratings available upon request.

• Power Distribution Block (PDB) Terminals:

  • Line Side: Accepts (2) #6 to 350kcmil conductors per phase

  • Ground: Accepts (12) #14 to #4 AWG conductors

• Construction: All components are housed in a rugged stainless steel enclosure, including the access cover, outlet frames, on/off rods, interlock mechanisms, contact terminal screws and springs, snap covers, and fasteners — ensuring maximum durability and corrosion resistance in harsh environments.

• UL Listed circuit breaker rated 22kAIC @ 480VAC provides short circuit & overcurrent protection at each outlet
• Each oultet’s actuator rod allows user to turn on/off and reset tripped breaker
• PDB accepts incoming cable range of (2) #6AWG – 350kcmil per phase line side
• Includes 500A main circuit breaker with gasketed bolt-on access cover
