The Sarix Professional range and Sarix mini dome camera are equipped with a remote zoom lens, offering flexibility for both wide-angle and long-range surveillance needs. Autofocus functionality ensures that the camera can automatically refocus when necessary. These cameras support up to two simultaneous video streams and a third service stream, with video compression options including H.264 High or Main profiles, or MJPEG formats. The streams can be configured for various frame rates and variable bit rates to optimize image quality while maintaining bandwidth and storage efficiency. The Sarix Professional range cameras feature onboard edge storage with a micro SD card, allowing video clips to be stored upon alarm activation or continuously during network outages. Video can be retrieved from the card using FTP protocol or through an ONVIF Profile G-enabled client. These cameras also offer a simple motion detection algorithm, enabling recording or alarm triggering when motion is detected within a selected zone or across the entire scene. Additionally, a camera sabotage alarm is activated if the lens is obstructed or the camera is repositioned.
