The IBP321-1R from Pelco is a 3-megapixel network IR outdoor bullet camera with a 3-10.5mm lens. Part of the Sarix IBP Series, these indoor and outdoor bullet cameras feature a remote zoom lens for wide-angle or long-range surveillance. Autofocus capability ensures automatic refocusing when needed. The Sarix IBP Series also includes advanced color science, a mechanical IR cut filter, and adaptive IR illumination (in environmental models) for enhanced sensitivity in low-light conditions. Sarix Professional range cameras support up to two simultaneous video streams and a third service stream, with compression options including efficient H.264 High or Main profiles and MJPEG formats. Streams can be configured with various frame rates and bit rates to optimize image quality while conserving bandwidth and storage. These bullet cameras also feature onboard edge storage with a micro SD card, allowing video clips to be stored upon alarm or continuous recording during network outages. Video can be retrieved via FTP or an ONVIF Profile G-enabled client. Additional features include simple motion detection algorithms for triggering recordings or alarms in response to detected motion in specific zones or the entire scene. A camera sabotage alarm is activated if the lens is obstructed or the camera is repositioned, ensuring reliable surveillance functionality.
