Description:

This is our most affordable large-capacity model, built to handle meals serving up to 750 people with its powerful 3 HP motor. Like all InSinkErator® foodservice disposers, it delivers superior grinding performance, quiet operation, maximum energy efficiency, and long service life. Designed for continuous operation, it is ideal for large banquet facilities, major hospitals, university dining services, and other high-volume foodservice operations.

Features:

• Grind Chamber: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction ensures durability and long-term performance.

• Mounting System: A 3/4" rubber mounting system positioned above the grinding chamber isolates sound and minimizes vibration. The mounting assembly is enclosed in chrome-plated covers for enhanced sanitation and appearance.

• Motor: 3 HP induction motor operating at 1725 RPM, totally enclosed to protect against external moisture. Controlled power airflow cools the motor for improved efficiency and extended service life. Built-in thermal overload protection helps prevent overheating.

• Cutting Elements: Stationary and rotating shredding components made from cast nickel-chrome alloy for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Designed for reverse-action grinding to improve efficiency and reduce jamming.

• Main Bearings: Double-tapered Timken roller bearings provide superior shock absorption and smooth operation.

• Motor Seals: Triple-lip seal protects the motor from water intrusion. A secondary spring-loaded oil seal provides added protection against water damage and grease loss.

• Finish: All stainless steel and chrome-plated exterior. Paint-free construction ensures lasting sanitation and a professional appearance.
