Construction:

The conduit core of sizes 3/8" through 11⁄4" includes a continuous bonding strip to provide permanent circuit ground protection. However, according to the NEC, trade sizes 11⁄2" and larger require a separate grounding conductor. In addition, the Canadian Electric Code mandates a grounding conductor for all trade sizes of Liquidtight Flexible Metal Computer Blue Conduit.
