Description

The TD900S steam traps are designed to handle pressures up to 900 PSIG, making them ideal for drip applications like draining condensate from steam mains and supply lines. These traps feature a replaceable internal mechanism, allowing for easy maintenance without disconnecting the trap body from the system. Each model comes with an integral strainer, providing protection against dirt and scale buildup. Built to withstand outdoor conditions, the TD900S is also resistant to freezing and is well-suited for superheated steam environments.

Installation and Maintenance

The TD900S steam trap can be installed in any orientation, though horizontal installation with the cap facing upward is recommended for optimal service life. For easy maintenance, all internal components can be quickly removed and fully replaced using a replacement kit. Each model includes an integral strainer to protect against dirt and scale buildup. The TD900S is available in a variety of connection types, including NPT, Socket-Weld, and Flange options.
