Description:

This medium-capacity workhorse model is equipped with a powerful 2 HP motor capable of handling hundreds of servings in a single meal period. Like all InSinkErator® foodservice disposers, it delivers superior grinding performance, quiet operation, maximum energy efficiency, and extended service life. It is engineered for continuous operation in demanding environments such as schools, hospitals, large restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and nursing homes.

Features:

• Grind Chamber: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction for durability and long-term performance.

• Mounting System: A 3/4" rubber mounting system positioned above the grinding chamber isolates sound and minimizes vibration. The mounting assembly is enclosed in chrome-plated covers for improved sanitation and appearance.

• Motor: 2 HP induction motor operating at 1725 RPM, totally enclosed to protect against external moisture. Controlled power airflow cools the motor for greater efficiency and longer life. Built-in thermal overload protection safeguards against overheating.

• Cutting Elements: Stationary and rotating shredding components made from cast nickel-chrome alloy for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Designed for reverse-action grinding to enhance performance and reduce jams.

• Main Bearings: Double-tapered Timken roller bearings provide superior shock absorption and smooth operation.
