Scope:

This specification covers single and multi-conductor 1kV Teck 90 CSA approved cable construction. Each conductor is insulated with XLPE (crosslinked thermosetting polyethylene) insulation. Cable assembly has an uninsulated ground wire, PVC inner jacket, aluminum interlocked armor and black color outer jacket. These cables are capable of operating continuously at a temperature of 90°C for normal operations, 130°C for emergency overload conditions, and 250°C for short circuit conditions.
