Description

The fast-lock device keeps the workpiece firmly against the base. Locking the vise against the stock keeps the piece in place as the blade comes down. The strong hold stops the piece from shifting while you cut, so each cut lands on the mark. You can also work faster by quickly releasing one piece and clamping the next. This method works well for batches of the same part.

You can change the miter from 0° to 45°. Set it to 0° for square ends, or angle it for mitered joints in tubing and angle iron. The adjustment works with different material widths and shapes. When the job needs more than one angle, you change the setting on the 14 chop saw instead of re-clamping the piece for each cut. This saves time and keeps the layout consistent.
