Powered by a 4th Generation Intel Xeon processor and 8 GB of RAM, this NVR delivers a powerful and reliable solution for high-definition video recording and playback operations. With support for up to 128 video streams (IP and analog combined) and compatibility with up to 64 analog cameras via the optional ENC5516 direct-attached encoder, the DSSRV2 is highly versatile. It also supports analog streams through Pelco and third-party encoders. The NVR achieves a throughput of up to 350 Mbps (or 300 Mbps for JBOD models), enabling efficient recording, playback, and export through the DS Control Point client interface. The system can function as a stand-alone unit or integrate seamlessly into a network of servers, offering centralized management via the DS Control Point user interface. For network planning, the device features two gigabit Ethernet ports, allowing one port to handle IP camera connections while the other manages client connections.
