About :
TeraFlex Bend Resistant Laser Optimized 50/125 Multimode loose tube cables are the product of choice as the backbone in Outside Plant (OSP) environments. Optical fibers are placed inside filled buffer tubes containing PFM gel. The core is constructed by stranding the buffer tubes around a central member using a reverse oscillating lay (ROL).
The core is wrapped with flexible, strong members covered with water-blocking tape. Corrugated steel armor is applied and then encased in a black jacket. Rip cords are included under the armor for ease of entry. TeraGain 10G fibers support 10 GB Ethernet applications in 550 meters.
Also Known as :
12 fiber cables, outside plant cables, singlemode cable, fiber optic cables, TeraGain Fiber Cable, TeraFlex Bend Resistant Cable, Ethernet Application Cable.
