Allowable Ampacity for 12/2C Solid Copper Fire Alarm Control THHN Insulation Red Striped Interlocked Armor Cable: 100 Amps

Applications:

Fire alarm wiring and remote control hookups connect the main fire alarm control panel to pull stations, smoke detectors, alarms, and remote control circuits for magnetic motor starters, contactors, relays, and signals. These installations can be exposed, concealed, or routed through cable trays, ducts, plenums, or other environmental air-handling spaces. Rated FPLP, they are suitable for hazardous locations up to Class I & II, Div. 2, and Class III, Div. 1 & 2, as specified by NEC Articles 501, 502, 503, and 530. The cables feature galvanized interlocking steel armor, are color-coded red for identification, and incorporate ColorSpec technology for enhanced visibility and organization.
