Description:
• Plastic lined pipe combines the characteristics of metal and plastic together into a performance of: high strength, high abrasive resistance, high anticorrosion, and high heat resistance. It can be widely used for the pipeline system of industrial deslagging, exhaust in metallurgy, mining, electric undertaking, chemical industry, and so on.

Features:
• Pipe sizes available: 1-12" for polypropylene and 1-8" for PVDF
• All pipes and fittings come standard with 150# ANSI flanges. DIN and 300# flanges available
• Liners available: PTFE, PVDF, polypropylene, and PFA
• Pigmented and unpigmented liners are available
• Fitting standard is cast ductile iron for polypropylene and PVDF with fixed flanges, and fabricated steel with rotating flanges for PTFE
• Cast steel and stainless steel are also available, all meet ASTM specifications
• Exterior finish: Gray 4-6 mil thick recoatable epoxy primer. Special paint or blast profile can be applied at the factory for an additional charge
• Special shapes and fittings are available lined with ETFE Tefzel®
