Description:

The FT Series steam traps are designed to operate at pressures up to 75 PSIG, making them ideal for low-pressure HVAC systems and light industrial process applications such as unit heaters, water heaters, pressing machines, heat exchangers, and coils. They are also well-suited for drip applications, including the drainage of steam mains and steam supply lines. Featuring excellent air-handling capabilities, these float and thermostatic (F&T) traps are often a more effective choice than inverted bucket traps in most process settings. The FT Series also incorporates a dual inlet-outlet H-pattern connection, offering enhanced flexibility during installation.

Features:

• In-line repairable: all internals are attached to the cover.
• Welded stainless steel thermostatic air vent resists shock from water hammer.
• H-pattern design allows piping from either side of the steam trap; there are two inlet ports at the top and two outlet ports at the bottom.
• F&T traps have excellent air-handling capability, allowing air to be discharged rapidly and steam to enter the system quickly during start-up.
