About:

Back pressure valves are designed to relieve upstream pressure in a wide range of processes. They automatically maintain the desired maximum pressure within a vessel or system by diverting excess pressure to a lower-pressure return line or venting it to the atmosphere. These valves are ideally suited for pump bypass applications, ensuring constant pump discharge pressure. They can function either as continuously operating valves or as intermittent protection against overpressure conditions.
