Direct-operated pressure regulators with heavy-duty cast iron bodies and integrated internal strainers are designed for reliable performance across a wide range of low-to-moderate flow applications. Common uses include small heaters, humidifiers, hospital equipment, tire molds, and various other general-purpose systems. These regulators function without the need for an external sensing line, streamlining installation and operation. The set pressure can be easily adjusted by turning a screw with a lock nut, which increases or decreases the spring force acting on the diaphragm. A variety of spring ranges are available to suit different downstream pressure requirements.
