Description:
The Zurn Z-1184 Solids Interceptor is engineered to capture a wide range of solid materials, including precious metal particles, plaster, clay, and similar substances. Utilizing the principle of gravity separation, particles of varying sizes and weights are collected in a removable bucket. Wastewater enters through the inlet piping, flows into the bucket, passes through a screen into the main body chamber, and then discharges from the interceptor into the sanitary drainage system.
