The TD700S Thermodynamic Steam Trap is primarily used as a drip trap on steam mains and supply lines and is also suitable for steam tracing, although thermostatic traps are typically preferred for that application. It features an integral strainer and an optional blowdown valve to guard against contamination, ensuring reliable operation. The trap’s internal mechanism can be fully replaced while the body remains in-line, simplifying maintenance. Forged from steel with full material traceability (MTR), the TD700S is built for durability in outdoor environments exposed to freezing temperatures and superheated steam, making it a dependable choice for the petroleum industry.
