Its bi-metallic design subcools condensate before releasing it, ensuring energy-efficient operation and minimizing steam loss. Constructed from forged carbon steel, the BM300 features a fully repairable internal mechanism, allowing maintenance without removing the trap body from the line. This makes it highly practical and service-friendly. As a thermostatic trap, it is compact and lightweight with excellent air discharge capabilities, which allows it to also serve as a low-capacity air vent. This feature is particularly useful at system start-up, enabling quick purging of air so that steam can fill the system efficiently. The trap incorporates a robust bi-metal element that is highly resistant to water hammer, ensuring long-lasting performance even in demanding conditions.
