As a thermostatic trap, it offers a compact, lightweight design with excellent air discharge capability, enabling it to function as a low-capacity air vent. This is particularly advantageous during system start-up, allowing air to be purged quickly so steam can fill the system efficiently. The trap’s durable bi-metal element is highly resistant to water hammer, ensuring long-term performance in tough environments.
