I called your company. I told them what I needed and was given a cable. I ordered it, and it was the wrong one. We ordered 2 different spools, and unfortunately, we cut 50 foot off the 250 foot spool but let the other one intact. I call to try and return at least one of the spools i ordered that has not been touched. (i would like to return both since nothing has been used).
