Applications:

Type TTXOW electrical cables are designed for non-flexible watertight marine applications. They are particularly used in interconnection systems, including radio, phones, alert bells, and alarms. These electrical cables have the potential to be used for other internal purposes as long as voltage and ampacity requirements are met. The maximum recommended temperature of use is 150°C. The voltage rating is 600 volts. TTXW is a cable without shielding.

Construction:

Conductor: 

Highly conductive stranded tinned copper conductor. Two conductors are twisted in order to form a pair. Later, the pairs of conductors are united with the help of a binder tape.

Insulation:

The insulation of this cable is a tape that is made up of several components. The elements include a mica-glass, Kapton polyimide, and Polyimide-FEP. The material is lightweight, flexible, and resistant to the impact of industrial chemicals and high heat. 

Jacket:

A cross-linked polyolefin low-smoke zero-halogen jacket with a surface marking. It has excellent fire and UV resistance. The jacket has excellent ecological properties and is generally non-toxic in the event of a fire.
