Applications:
Type LS2SU is a 75-ohm multiconductor non-watertight, non-flexing electrical cable with an individual shield. LS2U can be used in combat systems, interior connections, lighting, and power. The required shielding is 400 Hz. LS2SU is a cable version without armor, while LS2SUS is a shielded variation of a cable. The voltage rating of LS2SU / LS2SUS is 600 volts.

Construction:
Conductor:
A stranded bare copper conductor. Two conductors are twisted into a tape with the help of a binder tape. Multiple pairs are connected with fillers and binder tapes.
Insulation:
XLPE cross-linked polyethylene insulation is resistant to moisture, flame, heat, and mechanical impact.
Jacket:
A cross-linked polyolefin low-smoke zero-halogen jacket with a surface marking. It has excellent fire and UV resistance. The jacket has excellent ecological properties and is generally non-toxic in the event of a fire.
Shield:
A braid tin-coated copper shield is insulated with two sealed polyester tapes.
