Typical mechanical application areas

• For heaviest duty applications and especially small radii down to 4xd
• Almost unlimited resistance to oil, even bio-oils
• Indoor and outdoor applications, UV-resistant
• Especially for short, very fast applications with small radii and restricted installation space
• Pick and place machines, automatic doors, cleanroom, very fast handling

Construction:

Conductor: Conductor made of highly flexible special alloy

Conductor insulation: Mechanically high-quality TPE mixture

Conductor construction: Cores stranded in one layer with especially short pitch length

Conductor identification: Color code according to DIN 47100

Element jacket: TPE mixture adapted to suit the requirements in e-chains.

Overall shield: Highly flexible, alloyed special shield. Cover about 70% linear, about 90% optical.

Unshielded: No

Outer jacket: Low-adhesion mixture on the basis of TPE, especially abrasion resistant and highly flexible, adapted to suit the requirements in e-chains.

Jacket color: Steel blue (similar to RAL 5011)
